FEEDING DIRECTIONS
- Hen Up® Starter Grower Crumbles is the only food your chicks need from hatch until they reach laying age (18-20 weeks).
- At 18-20 weeks of age, switch to Hen Up® Layer (Mash or Pellets). Make the transition gradual by mixing an increasing amount of Hen Up® Layer with a decreasing amount of Hen Up® Starter Grower Crumbles over a period of 7-10 days.
- Always provide your chicks with shelter and a constant supply of fresh, clean water.
- The amount of food your chicks eat will vary depending upon season of the year and their individual nutritional needs, as well as the availability of other foods and treats.
